Contest Rules

All contest entry fees and results are agreed upon by participants. Chalked facilitates the record-keeping and Venmo deep-links but does not guarantee payment collection. Users are responsible for honoring their agreed entry fees.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Chalked for illegal gambling, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law. Chalked is intended for casual skill-based competitions among friends.

Disclaimer

Chalked is not a payment processor, escrow service, or financial institution. We are not liable for unpaid contest fees between users.
